Defibrillator

The new defibrillator is located on the front of Cafe Tioram/Sunart Networks office.
We had hoped to install it into the phone box outside Loch Shiel Garage, but due to problems getting an electricity supply to the box, we have installed it at Cafe Tioram.

The phone box has been almost completely restored by a dedicated volunteer, with a few finishing touches needed!
The box is to be used as a plant swapping place, and shelves are about to be installed. Local notices and tourist information can be posted on the back wall of the box too, when the board is in place.

A Defibrillator is ready to be used in Acharacle!
It is located on the wall by the entrance to Cafe Tioram.
In case of an emergency, ring 999 for Help.
(There's no code needed: just press C and open it).
The Community Company are checking the defib regularly, but if you notice a problem please let us know.
If the defib is used it is vital this is reported while on the phone to 999 as they will inform the company that the unit has been used and needs to be checked.
